TO BECOME A MEMBER
WA-XO-BE Archers is a member driven organization. The application process is simple and outlined below:

Bring the filled application and waiver to the to the club with payment for dues and initiation in person at one of the club meetings. (Second Monday of each month at 6:30pm). Please make payment by check if possible.

Alternatively, you can also mail your application to the club at the below address along with payment. All applications submitted by mail must be received no later than 2 days prior to the next club meeting in order to provide sufficient time for processing and member notification. Meeting attendance, however, is mandatory!

You must have a club sponsor in order to join. They will be responsible for teaching you rules and proper range conduct as well as range procedures. If you do not have a sponsor, one will be assigned during the first reading. After the first meeting, you will get full access to the outdoor range. You can also use the indoor range provided there is at least one member present.

You will also be required to attend an orientation to familiarize you with the club resources and safety protocols.

MEMBERSHIP RATES
Membership rates for the current year are as follows:

Adult Membership- Initiation Fee: $106.60, Annual Dues: 160.00.

Family Membership- Initiation Fee (Head of Household Only): $106.60, Annual Dues: $160.00 + $26.65(spouse) + $10.66(per add'l active family member)

Junior Membership- Initiation Fee: Waived, Annual Dues: $53.30
-
College Students- Initiation Fee: 100.00 (Deferred until graduation), Annual Dues: $53.30

All fees will have 7% sales tax added to them.​

All members are required to fulfill a mandatory 20 hours of work for the year.​

Work hours and dues are prorated based on the month of application submittal.
